It was okay. My grand kids enjoyed all the animated animals. I thought the food was very overpriced and not very good. My grand daughter took me there for my birthday as a surprise. Because the little boys enjoyed it I would recommend it to families with small children. But I would caution them on what they order. Keep it to the minimum and get dessert someplace else.
Our first ever visit to any rainforest cafe and we had a blast. Great atmosphere, attentive wait staff, very informative when it came to the restaurant itself and the rewards program. Great Ruben sandwich. I'm a sucker for Rubens and the bread was perfectly toasted. All around great experience.
The food was good, service was excellent and I enjoyed the scenery..
The Hostess was rude asking the same question multiple times and then not acknowledging that we had asked for a high chair (thought we'd have to get it ourselves). The food took forever (the one dessert, which was dry cake took longer) and was not worth the preemo pricing. The medium well hamburger was bloody in the middle. The ONLY saving grace was our waitress who was the only one who acted like she wanted to be there.
Well, I have to agree with some of the other patrons. I left there feeling like the meal was overpriced for what I got. I basically go there because of the pleasant bartenders but as far as the food was concerned, I'd feel like Red Lobster, Olive Garden or any equivalent restaurant would be a better meal for the money.
