THE FOOD WAS DOWN RIGHT AWFUL. We will never never do this again. I went in with the biggest smile from ear to ear, ME- the adult. I was ecstatic. I left furious. (Even skipped buying the things we had picked out previously in the gift shop because I was so annoyed) We ended up sending back our food (I NEVER EVER DO THAT) and refused to get anything else even if it was comp. Super clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. We had a really great time!
Was so disappointed my burger was cold the kids food was cold it wasn't crowded so I don't understand why everything had to be cold
Only three tables of people at the time we ordered and it took over 25mins for a salad and fish & chips. Also, the new menu is terrible! Prices were raised and not a large selection of items. All the favorites are gone. And there's still no fish in the tanks? (One of the reasons my family always loved going. It gives the impression you will be closing soon. It's losing its oomf. Wow!!! Worst experience ever. Food took over 30 minutes. My mashed potatoes had a crusty layer over it from sitting under hot lamp too long. At we had some insect crawling around us on the rock. No apology from server for food wait time. $90.00 wasted on horrible food.
A little pricey......service was good....cooks took awhile....they were busy.....I was with a large party
I ordered the seafood platter and the shrimp was so chewy. The hot wings was the only thing that was good to eat. Disappointing�
