Very slow with service, seating and food. Restaurant was not even full with customers. Prices were higher, and menu was smaller.
The food was excellent, but I left me take home bag at the table. We had members of our party looking around the mall for at least 30 minutes and noone came looking for us Our waitress wasn't very attentive either.
My kids and I had an awesome experience! We loved our burgers and our fun drinks.Brianna was a great server very accommodating and fun! We will be back to try different menu items!
We went with family from out of town to celebrate my son's 6th Birthday. The kid plates we pretty good and I really like the kids collectors cups with animal heads. The adult food was so so but our server was awesome. She got the food out fast and very friendly. The kids really enjoyed the atmosphere and it was really fun for a birthday.
I been to rainforest cafe since I grew up. And yall are just amazing beautiful place ever. And I love all animals around us. And the food is beyond yummy.
I will never go back. First of all they got rid if all the fish in the tanks....one of there main attractions. They said they were too expensive.....funny because there food prices are ridiculously high. The menu with the specials did not have prices. Had to ask for a beer list. My 8 yr old daughters meal came on a mini cafeteria tray....cute but tacky. Forgot to put the lemon sauce on my swordfish. Prices were absolutely ridiculous. Paid $146 for lunch for my daughter...girlfriend and myself. Never ever again. Very outdated... read more
