Excellent food n service! Have been coming for many years on my kids b-days.
Went here for a day out with my sister. I did miss the fish in the tanks, but I understand they're hard to keep. I was very disappointed in the downsized menu and the increase in price, so we ended up splitting a plate of a seafood sampler. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, which was only one dish in a not busy time. I think there was only 3 other tables who already had their food when we sat down. Its all about the atmosphere. The food is nothing special and overpriced.
The new menu is severely downsized with higher prices. Who made the executive decision to remove mozzarella sticks?? The appetizer selection is terrible. The only vegetarian option was a blackbean burger, that was too spicy to share with my daughter. Made me miss The Natural Burger. I asked for a side of steamed vegetables that were "naked, with no seasoning, salt, pepper, oils, sauce, etc.". The vegetables came drenched in oil. My fiance had their taco salad. It's a great place to take kids. It is a little pricey. Not too much on menu to choose from. But a nice atmosphere and you feel like your in a rainforest. You do get a lot for your money.
My daughter used to love this place. We were gong today for her bday but when I see all the bad reviews we changed our dinner plans. Very sad to know this place has gone downhill. She was looking forward to this tonight. Hope y'all do something to change and make better experiences for people in the future. Maybe we will return someday when service and food is much better. Till then we will walk by and just look in to see the animatronics. Sad.
Bahama mama was delicious. Stuffed chicken not so much. Service was great however the disappointing stuffed chicken took 45 min. Sure wish the server would've mentioned that. I was ready to go by the time the food arrived.
