Place has definitely changed since the last time we were here. Food was okay and service was just the same. Not happy!
Don't go there on Wednesday night. Food took forever! I ordered chiclen parmesan dinner. Cold everything pasta, garlic bread was hard like they sprinkled garlic on a old biscuit. I agree service n food has gone down.
Overpriced mediocre food, painfully slow service, rudely arrogant hostess, I definitely won't be going back by choice.
There were no fish in the fish tank �............
We really enjoyed our time at rainforest café. I had what I always get and it was terrific!!! They kids plates were great!! Good portions for prices!! Staff was friendly and fast!! Only thing that disappointed us was the booths were a little small and the fish were not there. Atleast we know that the fish are safe and well taken care of at the Sealife aquarium where they were moved!!!
The fish are gone... the menu is super limited and not much to choose from and the food is definitely not worth the price. Pretty much any adult entree is $18 + and kids meals are $8 but don't have enough food on them to feed an average 3 year old. Not very kid friendly staff and we most likely won't be going back soon if ever at all... now I can understand all the bad reviews on Yelp.
