The atmosphere was good but scared my 4 year old grandson. Service was ok she was busy I understand but for the love of god it took us an hour to get our food it was ok would say better but not worth the price I could of ordered a steak at Texas roadhouse for what I paid for a bbq hambuger. Wont never go again oh the kids meals come with Capri Sun juice my daughter in law had to ask for them before we left..
Horrible tasting food for the price. The management is lacking leadership and decision making skills to adequately train their employees. I’ve ate at other RainForest Cafes, but this one is severely lacking in its quality to satisfy its customers.
Food came out slow and wasn't great but, the manager made up for it and gave a stupendous free desert for my daughter as well as a discount on the meal which more than made up for it. It was a great experience and we had fun.

Service is slow for the amount of people in there. The drinks were good but on the pricey end. Drinks and appetizer with 2 kids tipped to above $75 and got us late for the movie

Horrible.... we had to leave after an hour wait.....
Friendly staff, great food, and fun place to have dinner.
Way overpriced, and small portions. Vegetable medley was old, and everything tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for too long. Save your money. Eat somewhere cheaper with better quality food, take your kids to the Zoo to see some real animals, and you'll still save money.

Prices were extremely steep and the food wasn't that good and the service is okay... With those prices they could have better service.
