Food just ok, no fish in big tanks so stupid tanks of water. This place is run down, bathrooms not clean. Skip it. Lots of other restaurants
Many food items to choose from. They were able to modify an item for my vegetarian son. Our server was prompt, genuine and made our experience go smooth. We were celebrating my son's birthday and they gave him a cupcake and sung to him. From our table we could watch all the animals. Spending time in a great venue made my son's birthday the best.
Awesome place to go for the experience! Our server was great and the food was tasty. A bit pricy, but you pay for ambiance.
Wait for Drinks and Food was way too long!!! Our waiter kept saying sorry for the wait but didn’t do anything to make up for the super long wait!!!

It’s loud; it’s crowded! My grandkids loved it. It’s pricy and their menu is not as good as it use to be. The food was okay, but our waitress was awesome and so very attentive especially since she had way to many tables going at one time. My daughter ordered a dish she didn’t like and they fixed her something else at no extra charge. But the manager needs an attitude adjustment. Overall, not sure we would go back again. The philly cheese steak was great. Ate high rated Mexican food the previous night and Rainforest was twice as good. Cost about the same. Spent another hundred in the gift shop after dinner, both good values.

Our visit was horrible. I do not recommend Rainforest Cafe The Service is mediocre and the food is over-priced and extremely bland. The restroom was filthy. To spend over $75 for lunch for 3 people (no alcohol) I have higher expectations. Save your time and money.
