Service great, food hot & delish, seated quickly as we had made a reservation for 4 @ 3 on a Saturday. Only issue, was much more expensive that i had realized tho we did free glasses w certain drinks that were ordered and 2 were non alcoholic!!!

Way over priced. I could have easily spent the same amount at a steak house eating good not this crap and turn the animals sounds down a bit for the younger kids, it would make eating more enjoyable for the parents.
Overpriced. Loud. Dirty. Chaotic. Visited from out of state. Not my first visit to Rainforest Cafe but will definitely be my last visit to this location. I knew it was pricey but it used to be worth it. Drinks were not good. It took an hour to get food. And was so grossed out by the time the food arrived I had it all boxed to go.

The scenery is nice, the service was okay, the food took long but most importantly the quality of the food was terrible. I don’t usually give negative reviews but we paid over $80 for 2 adults and 2 children and we didn’t even eat a third of our food. I literally couldn’t stomach my meal. 👎🏻
