The pot roast was great. The service was accommodating.
First time ever visiting a Rainforest cafe. Service was great, but food was crap especially with what they charge for it. You can't see a damn thing or hear anything from all the 'sound effects'. We usually try everything once, and once was all it took.
Giving it a 3, I was really let down. Being a first timer I expected more, the restaurant itself is run-down. Can't complain about the service or the food, except the food being a little pricey for what I got. The employees just look miserable and I got the vibe they didn't want to to be working. Being a server myself I want to ensure my guests are 100% satisfied and I got the feeling the employees weren't satisfied with their job one bit.
Had a great time showing my friends and family what in Arizona. Everyone I treat out here leave with a rememberable moment in their life. The staff are great to me and my guess.
I love the restaurant but miss the fishes get them back
Slow service and food just warm. Hostess was effective but not friendly.
