Second visit. Basically everything was going good until the cockroach ran across the table. With the bad lighting and brightly decorated tables, it could of easily been missed, blending in with the decor!! We most certainly will not be coming back. We notified our server, who apologized and said would look into it!!
Celebrated my daughter's 6th bday here. Server was great. Food did not take long to come. Only thing is the high price for their meals. Could be a little lower (But i could understand why they would be high if they are not making much business. Not sure if this is the case though).
Service sucks my kids even noticed after finishing the game sheet they had been given, at no point did we get served & at least 20 different servers walked by us never asked us a thing sad thing is it wasn't even busy at 230pm yesterday & if it wasn't for the bartender we would of left...
It was more expensive than I would have liked. But the experience was amazing the animated Godzillas, Elephants and the Cheetahs! It was pretty busy so the service was a little slow. But all in all it was good!
We've been here several times for the ambiance, as its very unique. The food, however, is overpriced for the lack of taste :( $17.99 for a Cobb salad seems high being served by young, unskilled servers in an extremely loud area. I'm not talking when the storm erupts & animals get rattled, that's awesome, just the constant loud noise that make my ears ring. The acoustics could be greatly improved.
