My first time at the Rainforest Café, probably my last.I ordered chicken tenders and fries as did my daughter and, granddaughter, did "not" finish the tenders as they were very "bland", no flavor at all,,,we got ranch dressing with them also and they must have diluted it with water because that is what it tasted like, Waitress was nice,but service was not the best coming from the kitchen.
It's kinda pricey, and it makes it hard to take the family more often, however, the food is good and as always, the atmosphere is wonderful.
Great place loved the food. Didn't get my souvenir glass because the waiter got my order wrong but I'd go back again.
I have eaten many times with my chuldren! Simply ordered the burger with cheese, and it was the best I have had eaten in a long time.....thank you for a great experience!

My favorite restaurant! Love this place :) and we visit often.
It was our first visit and were pretty disappointed about the experience. The atmosphere was cute and loved the waterfalls. We had the queso dip which was tasty. However our server said it would be enough for all of us. There was enough dip but not chips. We had to ask for more chips and still had dip leftover ($10.99 price on that item). I had taste of the islands for $26 and it was bland. My daughter had the bacon burger ($13 I think) and it was okay. She always finishes her burger and she didn't so that is telling. Took 15 minutes to get greeted, then our drinks took another 20 mins, server didn't know what a strawberry daiquiri was. It's on you menu!!! Food came out cold, my fish tacos taste like pancake batter... Then server was confused if I still wanted to pay for them??? Um no..... � Needless to say this place has gone way down hill... Don't waste your time or $... I won't be back.
