Had an appointment with Lily at Rage today. My daughter is very nervous of appointments at the doctors, dentists and even the hairdressers! But Lily put her at ease, had a good chat with her and although she was a bit nervous at the time, she’s said how lovely Lily was and she will happily go again. She has a lovely cut- Thank you!
