I visited Raffles Medical for a pre-employment check-up and found the overall process quite inefficient and poorly managed. Firstly, I had an appointment scheduled at 9:30am, but I was only attended to for registration after 10:00am. This raises a fundamental question about the purpose of making an appointment, as it did not seem to reduce waiting time or ensure a smoother process. Bad.. I was there to do a Pre Employment check up. I reached before my appointment time and waited for more than 1 hour despite not many patients in in the clinic. Eventually I went to their reception and check how long more I need to wait, only to realise I was being "forgotten"!! I regretted not going to Bugis side where waiting time is less than 30mins. Really terrible experience!!
