Very slow waiting very long for even registration let alone checkup

For a "1st world" standard I find their waiting time is outrageous. Keep it up,for if there's a real emergency,u guys would be kalam kabut. Babe,it's 2025.Can u guys speed up the process of waiting??? We are not living in the 40's.Also too much foreigners working.Now I don't know I'm in Singapore or other countries.

Doc service was good. However front desk support staff service is just lacking. gave me wrong tax invoice. after 3 days of calling 3 different staff, they still yet to send me e correct tax invoice. Thelast staff i spoke to 2x her service attutide was just deplorable heck care attitude and tone. disappointed on this lack of efficiency.

If I could give a zero star I would, only come to this clinic if you have hours to spend just to see a doctor, registration? just a miss of queue number for few minutes? good luck trying to wait for your turn again

Had a terrible experience. I arrived in urgent need of help, barely able to breathe, yet had to wait a long time with only a few patients ahead of me. The system was slow and disorganized, and the front desk staff were rude and inefficient. They took forever with everything, from registration to collecting my medication, while chatting among themselves. Definitely not recommended.
