Staff are friendly and helpful but this place is totally understaffed. Came in for employers medical screening at 935 and have not been engaged for a whole hour. Another person comes in and get to be screened before me. Total lack of structure and digitalization that would greatly speed things up. Buck up raffles medical.
A few years ago, I went to this clinic to request for a doctor's opinion as I felt i was unfit for NAPFA test. I had shortness of breath and palpitations everytime i ran for a short while. The elder male doctor (could not remember his name) quickly dismissed it as me finding excuses and told me i just lacked stamina and had to just run. I was shortly diagnosed with hyperthyroidism by another doctor, whom simply looked at my throat and suspected i had graves disease
The doctor and nurses are really kind and patient to entertain all my questions. Compassionate and everything you could ask from a doctor and nurse. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!
Friendly staff
Very bad experience. My child fell and had a relatively deep cut on the chin. We brought my child here hoping to receive proper and professional treatment. However, the doctor chose to use glue to close the wound, but the wound was not fully closed and the result was not satisfactory. Later, we found out that this clinic is not equipped to perform stitches. However, the doctor did not clearly advise us to go to the hospital immediately for stitches or further treatment.
