Did my medical check up with them and all staffs were very polite, communicated clearly and effectively with me. Especially Ranjini was exceptionally compassionate and dedicated person. Overall all staffs demonstrates good communication skills, teamwork, and professionalism.
I don’t mean any offense, but last year there were quite a few Indian ladies at the reception or cashier, and their attitude felt rather cold. This year it seems like the reception staff has been replaced, and it feels a bit better. The service is definitely expensive, as expected. As for the treatment results, they’re okay. The complimentary refreshments on the 12th floor are quite nice—there are fruits and drinks, which is really good.
Went for standard medical examination (xray, prick blood test). Their notice mentioned 2-3 hours waiting time. Why? Because waiting to get registration of name was already more than 1.5hrs! I gave up waiting. One staff was juggling 2 to 3 work stations at the same time, very inefficient work system there
