I got a disastrous haircut before I left Milton Keynes to move to Leighton Buzzard - I asked for a shag cut and apparently got a jellyfish! Thank goodness Lacey and Raff (yes, the owner got involved - it was that bad!) could rescue it. I got an excellent consultation and beautiful cut (best full fringe ever!), and they were super welcoming. I've since found it very easy to style myself, either curly or straight, at home.
