Customer service here is second to none. Is it a Radisson thing or a Liverpool thing? I don't know, maybe a bit of both but given that this hotel is part of a corporate giant, you are certainly treated like an individual here. The location is fabulous, staff are fabulous, rooms are fabulous. I can't wait to return!
Lovely hotel which is decorated to a high very standard. Reception staff provided excellent service on both check in and check out. Room and bathroom were great, will definitely be staying again due its excellent location.
