Burdick's Super Hero Breakfast is what I attended with my granddaughter in the Radisson Plaza Hotel! It was so much fun, the food was of excellence, right down to the freshly squeezed orange juice!! The superheroes were awesome with given 'high-fives' ..and the photographer knew how to get a really nice picture! The staff did an exceptional job...just wonderful customer service all around!! Thank you!
This hotel is just amazing. Beautifully designed and the folks that work there are very nice helpful folks. I really will definitely come back.
I was there for the Great Lakes Book Bash and it was very well done. Very exciting. Got to meet many authors and help to support one of our very own. There was some books that caught my eye that I have put on my too be read list. It was nice to meet some fellow authors and the hotel looked gorgeous.
Great location but the hotel is extremely noisy on weekends. If you’re there on business this isn’t the place to stay. The hotel is not accommodating when it comes to quiet rooms for people who have to work. The hotel staff is extremely rude when trying to get security up to quiet people in adjoining rooms or in the hallway. I’m not really sure I this hotel really has security guards on duty. Don’t count on the staff to quiet any of the late night/early morning parties down.
