Attended the Michigan Society of Respiratory Care Conference. This property offered many amenities and a Very professional and friendly staff. Travis, the front desk manager, was amazing! The hotel in general is extremely nice and updated! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a "suite" for my bachelorette party and it was NOT what I had pictured a suite to be. It was basically like a regular hotel room with a living room area. It was not fancy or roomey like I had expected. I thought we would have a huge room, jacuzzi tub, nice view and that definitely wasn't the case. The bathroom was sooooo small we couldn't even have 2 girls getting ready in there at the same time. Our first room had a bathroom a small that only one person at a time could fit. There were three lamps that were not stable on the wall and the complimentary hair conditioner bottle was coated with brown sticky stuff. After complaining about the quality of the room for the price we were moved to the concierge floor. Appreciate the upgrade but overall the accommodation quality is less than expected for the price.
If you're looking for a hotel that changes your reservation last minute and has a mediocre continental breakfast then this is the place for you.
