When I arrived at 6 PM my room was not ready. They said they were behind on cleaning that day so most of their guests had to be sent away for a later check in time. They were able to find me a room that smelled horrible and was next to the ice machine so the walls vibrated all night. Not a great experience
I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable the staff was very friendly, everything was lovely 😊 I will stay here again.
This was our first experience with the Radisson franchise and omg, it was fantastic. The staff are very kind and helpful. I didnt meet one person who wasn't!!! Its pricey but it delivers.
