I tried to reschedule a reservation due to a personal matter and was refused (more than a week in advance). As I tried to explain the situation I was hung up on. I then called the regular customer services line and waited for 10 minutes then was disconnected. I'm out $180. I travel to Kalamazoo often since the local hospitals are my accounts, I'm in medical sales. I could have easily rescheduled at a time of their preference. I'll go back to Hilton and Marriott family hotels from now on. So much for giving a different chain ... read more
Had the opportunity to tour this hotel as a part of a class at Western Michigan University. The staff were excellent and absolutely seemed to love their jobs.
