The food was great as well, the waitresses were very nice & the bar was clean and nice looking! The Hotel itself was very very nice, very clean and the people were really friendly. My mother and I had a great experience at this very Hotel and we are truly thankful the way they treated us! Sincerely, Cristian & Betty.
The customer service is terrible! This hotel staff is unwilling to compromise with a dissatisfied guest, after overcharging for a room rate and parking rate. There was no follow up adjustment in our rate when we should have been booked within a group for the set group rate. We also attended a banquet that we paid more than the price of a prime rib dinner, and they served a taco bar and s’mores and donuts for dessert.
