celebrated our service awards breakfast and I was impressed
However was told we had a great room and was cheaper then our wedding block. So we took it. Only to find a handicap room. I had a long dress and no place to hang it!

The staff & management was super nice! They treated us very kindly, we felt very welcoming! I highly recommend this Hotel without a doubt. The food was great as well, the waitresses were very nice & the bar was clean and nice looking! The Hotel itself was very very nice, very clean and the people were really friendly. My mother and I had a great experience at this very Hotel and we are truly thankful the way they treated us! Sincerely, Cristian & Betty.
The customer service is terrible! This hotel staff is unwilling to compromise with a dissatisfied guest, after overcharging for a room rate and parking rate. There was no follow up adjustment in our rate when we should have been booked within a group for the set group rate. We also attended a banquet that we paid more than the price of a prime rib dinner, and they served a taco bar and s’mores and donuts for dessert.
