Best hotel in the world! I love this place and what it has to offer.

Wow! I just spoke to a employee of yours in Kalamazoo. Asking about the remodeling of the 9th floor and your Biggest room. She went on too say Over and Over how expensive it is. Then I told her just how condescending she soundwas and I only ask you about the date and if the remodeling was done. I had to tell her I'm not asking about the Price I know it's much more.
