I had the pleasure of presenting at the Choices Conference a couple of days ago at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo. All of the staff members there were very helpful, polite, and courteous and my stay there was very enjoyable. My hotel room was fabulous and I slept very well while I was there. The Radisson was an ideal hotel for the conference and I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. I hope to return sometime in the near future! Thank you so much for making my stay in Kalamazoo so pleasurable!

All around great stay. Served 400 people 3x a day flawlessly. Rooms great. Housekeeping too. Parking great.
King room was a decent size however the shower had black mold through out. We were given complimentary tickets to breakfast at Burdicks but to be honest the food was pretty bad, biscuits were dry and hard, sausage was way over cooked and cold, fruit was tasteless and not even close to ripe. While I understand we are not in cantaloupe and honeydew season perhaps offer some thing else then. The best part of this hotel is its location in Kalamazoo.
Room is overrated expected more for the price, $167 a night. Paying that amount you would think parking is included. No, on top of paying $167 for a room you have to pay $18 a night for parking.
The hotel is great, this is the second tie I stayed there. My only complaint is I was put in a handicap room (which I didn't know exhisted until yesterday) and the bathroom was horrible. I was there for an outing and getting ready was extremely difficult as the room itself had poor lighting and the bathroom had zero counter space. After taking a shower the entire bathroom floor is wet which makes getting ready hard. I think it's wonderful they offer these rooms but feel guests who don't request these should be forewarned.
