So I used to be a regular but it has been over a year. This place still remembers me from the cleaning staff to the concierge and valet! This place helps you feel like home. Clean, attentive and very friendly. A special shout out to Travis who always takes care of us (sorry we missed you), Kaylen whom we had a great time talking to, and one of the newest, Preston who has to be one of the hardest working and customer oriented individuals at this place. Beautiful and clean, however not accommodating. The bed was very comfortable but the air conditioning didn't work and after the first night complaint it wasn't fixed. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much the 2 nights I stayed there. The key cards kept deactivating which is a real embarrassment when you're at the parking ramp gate and the card won't open the gate making you ask 7 cars to back up so you can park.
