My husband and I stayed here last night for our 1 year anniversary. We had plans to check in, go to their restaurant on site, the Fire Lake Grill. Then shopping at MOA the next day (today). It was an absolute splendid time from beginning to end. We parked (parked in ramp which is free when u have your parking ticket validated at front desk), and upon checking in our room was upgraded to a business class room when she found out we were staying for our anniversary. I thought it was a wonderful place, that was just visual. I went to take a shower and noticed the shampoo, conditioner and body wash had been opened (little white sticker had been broken) was using the wash cloth and there were holes in it. Dirty face print on the bathroom door glass. The wall where the hand towels are hung was dirty or in need of a new paint job. This place is amazing!! We had my corporate xmas party n everything was great n like it being close to moa...i didnt have to move my car after we checked out! The shower was very roomy!! Beds were comfy! I will b back!
The place is beautiful. We checked in at 3 but was told our room wasn't ready. I figured a half hour wait max like the guy said. He said they would call me. 2 hours later I went to the front desk to ask if our room was ready as we had plans that now we had fallen behind on. She said "your room has been ready". So I asked why I wasn't called she said she didn't know. I was there for my teenage daughter's bday with her friends and we were offered 5 drink tickets for our trouble. So we were there for our company christmas party last night. My company has done a few events here. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are all for the most part pretty helpful. We were initially really happy with our room, the rain shower head, moder finishes, fluffy pillows etc... when we came to check in they had a huge tray of cookies and coffee in the lobby along with a magician giving out Ballon animals. My daughter and I just had a girl's night at the Radisson Blu - her first time She loved it and can't wait to stay again. I have stayed here several times (Christmas present from my husband) and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Love coming back to the room after a tough day of shopping! Will definitely be coming back!
Very nice place. Staff was nice, and the place was very clean. We went for a Viking Football game, and being by the MOA train station was very convenient. We got there at 3:00 and our room was not ready, so they took my cell number and called us when it was ready. Went to the bar had a couple of beers, and before knew it we got a phone call that our room was ready. We will be staying there again.
Great enviroment , really accomodate to a large venue . Loved the room. Very clean!
