The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was outstanding. The hotel was super clean and very convenient to the mall. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again.

This hotel is extremely convenient. Attached to the Mall of America and excellent service. A little pricey but worth the convenience.
Amazing and beautiful!! Had great drinks and great service. Beautiful lobby and rooms.
The staff were all very nice and the hotel decor and feel was clean and contemporary. The only down side was having just a shower instead of a tub in our room (was a bit inconvenient for my small son) and it was extremely cold in the room. I turned the heat up, but there must be an auto reset because it kept going back down to the cooler temperature and I was the only adult in the room who was touching the thermostat. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. It's also the cleanest place I've ever stayed and it has the friendliest staff I've ever met. Would love to stay again.
