We had a wonderful stay for my daughters birthday! She was so happy and every one of the staff was so kind!! My son loved the architecture, beds and covers!

It is a nice hospitalized hotel but I'm afraid there are poor options for vegans at the restaurant. Haven't understood the system and the concept of restaurant. Why not serving in a buffet? Its not very efficient and takes a lot to time to get meal.

Pretty cool hotel, but expensive. Paid about $400 all-in for a single night-\-\in at 11pm, out by 8am. When I arrived late at night, the lobby glowed with blue back-lighting that made it look a little the headquarters of a Bond villain or something. The second floor was loud with a lot of action going on in the bar there-\-\at 11pm on a Monday night! That surprised me. It's a great concept, but it's starting to get a little worn. The towels and sheets are frayed and discolored. The furniture is dinged. There are no USB ports at the bedside or desk. The Ipod jack on the radio is the old style. Hallways are constantly littered with room service trays, and the trays start to smell after a few hours. The restaurant is fabulous for breakfast and brunch. The coffee is excellent and thewait staff are very professional ...deserving of large tips.

Charged $162.27 on my imprinted debit card after we checked out. 3 email queries to the hotel (1 via their feedback link and 2 to the hotel sales direct email) about the charge over the last week and they have not responded or even acknowledged the query. The room was booked and prepaid through Infinity Holidays (booking reference FCL-206379). As the charge is close to the online daily rate I assume that we have been charged a second time for the room but in the absence of a response from the hotel it remains an assumption.

We stay last night to celebrate our engagement! The staff at the blu, especially Michelle, was amazing. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne to help us celebrate! Thank u very much. Beautiful hotel and room. Glad we picked this hotel for our special event! ☺️

Wow...what a stunning hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we told Josephine the concierge that we were in town to renew our wedding vows at the mall's chapel. Because of that, we were upgraded to a room on the top floor and boy was it spectacular! I've been in other fancy hotels, but this one takes the cake! The continental breakfast is very good, although they do need to change it up every other day. During our stay, I kept telling my husband that I wanted to stay here forever!
