I really love this place. So fresh, so new. Love the décor everywhere. I was with my sister and we did intend to shop at the MOA and it was so nice that we could go back and forth to the room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking is a little confusing. The lot was full, so we parked in the mall parking, worked out okay, but we had to drag our bags back and forth. I booked the shopping package, on my second day the bellman David took my shopping bags to my room and at that time went through my suitcase and personal belongings. It was reported to Daniele, front desk manager and security. Two days later, after my persistence in contacting them I received a phone call from Edean Kam, hotel manager confirming that it was indeed David the bellman that invaded my privacy. The Radisson Blu surpassed my expectations. The staff was very helpful and just plain nice people... can't say enough about my interactions all were outstanding. The cleanliness is the hotel is among the best I have experienced. The location is great next to the Mall of America walk off the stage and drop the mic..... The icing on the cake was parking it was free,this does not happen in hotels of this caliber. Thank you again. Frank T.
Such a pleasure to stay here. Every time I check in its like coming home. Friendly faces and a can do spirit. Not to mention their great meeting facilities and staff
The hotel was okay! Room wasn't really anything too special. Shower didn't have a door or curtain I had to call down to the front desk to ask for a curtain so we didn't kill our selves on the flooded bathroom floor. SUPER convenient being connected to the mall for food and shopping. For what you get in the room and hotel stay though definitely NOT worth the $200 (which was a wedding discounted rate) the price is simply for the location.
