Very beautiful hotel!! Clean, fresh and decorated spectacular! All workers were friendly and helpful. Very convenient to shop at MOA. Rooms were gorgeous and the beds were amazing! Best stay in a hotel in a very long time!
Amazing hotel. Attached to the Mall of America makes it so easy to shop and play and stay parked the whole time.

Great food at conference, however, when I arrived, I asked about a mothering/pumping room at the front desk. The clerk asked the manager in the back. When she came out, she stated manager said all hotel rooms were booked the night before & wouldn't be turned over until early afternoon. She said that the manager said that if I needed to pump then I could find a bathroom to pump in... I'm guessing the manager doesn't eat where they do "their business", so why should my child? Meh. Not that impressive. No jacuzzi. No sauna, no tub to soak and relax in. They do have a spa but I could not get in and would of course pay even more to relax. Not very clean. I will go elsewhere next time I want to get away.
