Nice decor, access to the mall and very courteous staff! We were taking some photos and one of the staff even came down and offered to take it with all of us - def would stay there again!

It is awesome but this year checking in the young man that checked me in was sub par he was lacking in customer service skills, he either was having a bad day or does not like his job, last year the checking in process was so much smoother. We will definitely be back as this has become a new family tradition!

Room was ok for the money but really upset that after 11 business days we still haven't received our accidental deposit!!! Not a good way to conduct business.
