It's professional and has a high end feel but is comfortable. I love the contemporary ambiance throughout the hotel. The rooms are standard but have a walk in shower with a rain shower head. Towels are fluffy and white. The beds are good and plenty of room to put all of our luggage. Plenty of hangers and shelves in the closet vs drawers. Two bathrobes are there as well. Service at the Blu is exceptional and my room was well appointed and very comfortable. I got a great nights sleep each night of my visit. It's the perfect location for visiting the Mall of America or taking the train into the city.
Everytime I stay here its always a great experience. Beautiful hotel, great convenience, friendly staff, and always clean. Highly recommend!
Just got back from our wedding tasting with Caroline Jordan (catering sales manager)... the food was absolutely AMAZING!!! She answered all of our questions, was fun to work with and was super helpful. Also, we enjoyed our server (Gayle), she was so delightful... we can't wait to the big day at the Radisson Blu MOA!!!
