Upon arriving and prior to checking out the front desk told us if we brought our parking pass to front desk we would get a reduced rate for staying at there hotel. After returning from the Twins game I spoke to a lady at the front desk who said because I already checked out she couldn't give me the discount. I explained situation to manager who basically shrugged it off and did nothing to make situation right. Was there for my 50th birthday weekend with mom and sister's. The staff took exceptional care of us and made me feel special for my birthday. So glad we booked the Blu and will be my first choice for my next visit!

Hotel is very nice with clean rooms. Down fall is parking is crowded, and plan on driving a compact vehicle. Oh the televisions are not curved and small.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful! Rooms are lovely, slept like a baby! Rooms are very big and spacious! Wonderful Place to relax and wind down!
