The room was fantastic, and the hotel was quiet! The issue I had was that the parking lot sign read full, and when we went to ask someone what the situation was, they were very rude in their explanation of "what do you mean?, there is plenty of parking". Then, I'm guessing due to my and my girlfriends ages (on the younger side) the front desk staff was very short when checking us in and even met one question with a poorly concealed eye roll. My wife and I loved the Radisson Blu! Can't say enough great things about our experience. Great staff, great food & drink! Definitely recommend business class - complimentary happy hour and breakfast! Very worth it! Looking forward to our next stay.
Worst hotel experience EVER!! The staff reacted poorly to a situation, were very rude and not professional at all. I will never stay here again and will let everyone know about how we were treated.
