The service was great. Personnel at the reception were very hospitable. The food was good and came within the time promised. I loved my stay there.
The stay was excellent! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Barb Williams who help us book our stay! My husband and I ate at Fire Lake Grill for both breakfast and dinner and the amazing! I would highly recommend staying at the Radisson Blu the next time you are in Minneapolis!

Everything was excellent about my stay, the conference rooms were great with the service excellent, the rooms were very clean and the dining room had excellent food and service, the bar wasn't bad either

I too have had my night’s sleep disturbed while staying in a hotel in the past. I know that this is not only frustrating at the time but can also effect productivity the next day, and I am sorry. Very nice rooms view was OK staff is very friendly and helpful bar is nice bartenders are awesome restaurant is nice and food us very good
Haven't stayed at the hotel yet but ate dinner with my family there and it was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The manager there she was hands on and took really good care of my daughter. What I loved the best was for the hotel being so nice the staff was so down to earth and not snotty like other places. Looking forward to coming back soon. Thanks!

Very nice. Super clean. True to pictures. Friendly, helpful staff. Yummy breakfast! I booked through Hotels. I called to secure a king bed and was told by the hotel itself to call ahead to make sure we had a king bed. I called the day before and was assured it was locked in. The first woman we dealt with at check-in wasn't super helpful, rather dismissive, and was not going to give us the king bed. I booked a room at the Radisson Blu for my birthday because I thought that the rooms were amazing via their website. Upon arrival the person,Chelsea who checked me in was rude when I asked her a question about the taxes. Her response was basically I should be grateful for the deal I got on the room (dont get me wrong it was a nice price, but that was their rate at the time) I ended up brushing it off.
