This is my second time staying at this hotel. There are such beautiful finishes to the hotel, but the level I stayed had a lot of stains in the carpet. In general it was a nice stay and I would recommend this hotel, Charlie in the resteraunt desearves 5 stars! And a promotion☺️ But the front desk staff barely smiled or showed any enthusiasm which was a bummer for our experience.
I have been staying here on nights the vikings play this fall, have really liked the rooms for most part. Last trip I did not have a robe or slippers in my room which was very disappointing also the parking lot cards were jammed I had to go next door to get a card the next day parking was always $12 a night beings how I stayed at the hotel but this time I had to pay $38 for parking overnight which I thought was totally ridiculous. I would really like this fixed before my next trip on new years
Convenient location, nice place, rooms are spacious. However, Foods are expensive as we ordered room service. Toilet door doesnt have a lock!
My husband and I had a wonderful time here. We just celebrate our 14 years together, and the staff make us feel so special. Coming back for sure.
Had a fabulous stay. The location is great!! Rooms are very trendy and clean. The staff in the lobby and the restaurant were great, but the bar staff needs a little work. They didn't seem to happy to be there!? Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!
