I have never had such a difficult time making a reservation than I have with the rude people at this hotel... which I’ve called twice just to try to book a room for one night. They can’t tell me anything about the room I’m trying to book, I was told if I wanted a room with one bed I’ll have to upgrade to a sweet but they can’t guarantee the upgrade. I’ll pay twice as much to deal with a decent customer service rep and I will never make the mistake of trying to book here again. Absolute joke.

I was there for a wedding reception this past Saturday. The food was excellent and I have to admit that the cornbread was the best I have ever had. The service was even better in the way they were always near by and I never had to ask for an item because they would ask me first. Also their genuine love for their job particularly the redhead. Overall the experience was great and I will not hesitate to go back.
