Excellent staff and service
This entire process was ridiculous. We were supposed to check in at 3. 4 rooms were not ready. We spoke to the front desk (Specifically James) and gave him our phone number to call when our rooms were ready. We ended up going to speak to him 3 times. He never called. At 9:45 pm, we still had not received keys. We went to the desk to complain and the rooms were ready. So glad they let us know.... will never stay here again.
Our check-in time was 3pm, we had 7 rooms. Only 3 rooms were ready by 4pm, and the rest haven’t even started to be cleaned from the last people. The front desk people, specifically James, was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to tell us why our rooms were not cleaned and ready by check-in, and when another front desk person tried to help and give us the keys, he interjected and made us wait for over another hour. If you want to have a stress-free stay on a weekend in Minneapolis, I would not recommend Radisson Blu.

Great hotel downtown with a great Restaurant.
Nice hotel, good location. Bed is like sleeping on concrete.

I am a timberwolves season ticket holder and stayed here with the wife for the season opener. We parked in there parking ramp. When we went to leave the next morning. My vehicle had been broken into and had my stereo stolen. Very obvious it was someone who worked there to single out my vehicle when you can’t see the stereo through tinted windows and was covered by blankets. Was here on a business trip. I enjoyed my stay here. Felt very safe as you need your room key to get to the floors. It was within walking distance to everything you need...shopping, eating, transportation, etc!
