Not advertised properly and as soon as you reserved the address shows being sometimes too far from where you were. Also of the places visited, just one had the banner out, the others were just shops around town without the proper identification

Terrible. Avoid this company. I booked and paid for a one day storage space in Liverpool with Radical Storage and paid extra to allow flexible drop off / pick up. When I arrived at drop off place today I was told that the facility was full and was taking no more bags. I tried to contact RS on their chat line but simply got a chatbot. I was left feeling frustrated and with no place to store my bag. I would not recommend this company.
