Rachel was very nice however, I was little disappointed that my appointment lasted 12 minutes for hard skin removal. I was told I didn’t have any hard skin to remove and my skin was dry, she did a brief file of the skin and put some cream on. She then charged for the full £50. I appreciate I have taken an appointment slot however I thought this was pretty unfair & poor practice .
Omg I danced out of the surgery! Rachel is awesome - cut out a nasty corn on the underneath of my foot! Would recommend!
