They were absolutely amazing to deal with. The bracelet is beautiful, and the customer service was even better. The bronze version I wanted was no longer listed on the website and was only available in silver, but they kindly made one for me anyway. That level of care and flexibility is rare. You can tell they genuinely value their customers and take pride in what they create. I’m really pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.

Had a brilliant experience with the team. I was buying a new wedding stack but was unable to come into to the shop physically. The team were so responsive and helpful - you could tell they really cared - and advised me on sizing and delivery. The rings fit perfectly, are beautifully crafted and I couldn't be happier!
