Had a terrible experience at Skinners Burton office today! I booked an appointment to make 'a Will'. This was booked around 6 to 8 weeks ago. I attended my 10.30 appointment punctually this morning, (10 mins early). The receptionist informed me that they no longer do this service anymore, due to a staff member change in circumstance and/ or the branch closing at some point in the near future.
