Absolutely shocked by their rude behaviour on the phone when I asked for an email or message confirmation to view a property. Absolutely appalling. Avoid them 1000%
Absolutely appalling - took my rent and bond after a series of problems at the property with another tenant - would not accept any responsibility. Rude and lack any compassion - I am a property owner myself and would certainly not allow this people to management my clients. Stay well away!
Avoid if you can. Honestly, renting through this agency has been one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. I really wish I’d gone with someone else. I know letting agents don’t have the best reputation in general, but this one has made life unnecessarily stressful. When I brought up concerns about emails being ignored and issues not being dealt with, I was just told “we’re busy” — no apology, no care. It just feels like they don’t want to help. If you have another option, I’d recommend taking it.
Really quick and easy to talk to. Any questions or queries, they are quick to answer and always friendly. Can’t complain with the service I have received over the 2 years of being with them.
