Awful experience. Engraver didn’t get the engraving right, product was defective, proprietor won’t give refund. Still has nearly £3,000 and the only solution offered is to use the money as credit with him. Four months on still fighting through my credit card to get my money back. Stay clear if you’re getting custom made.
