We recently hired RJH for a single-story extension on our home, where we had two rooms knocked through and extended out. From start to finish, the experience was great. My greatest regret that I choose RJH to do our kitchen extension and renovation. I selected them when a post came through the door and read the reviews. Alas---all that glitters is not gold! I was unlucky! They are very unprofessional, untidy and lack of vision. They deliberately keep the quote low and then demand money for every little things. For a 3x3 sq m extension and a kitchen renovation work they took 6 months. They recruited few people in the process for different jobs but there seems to have a lack of communication ... read more
