I have had checking and savings accts for years with Quorum Federal Credit Union and have never had any problems. Therefore when I needed a mortgage loan, I turned to Quorum. Their staff was a joy to work with. Very professional, informative and attentive to my every question, concern throughout the entire process. QFCU gets my lifetime customer approval from me. **
I've worked with Vincent B*********** for a couple of years at Quorum FCU, and cannot say enough good things about him and his team! He is super responsive, easy to work with, and super knowledgeable and up to date on his products. He has also worked many a miracle for our clients!! Also, want to give a special shout out Brian B******, who is an absolute ROCKSTAR processor. Can't thank this team enough for all of the wonderful work that they do!

If zero stars were an option, I would select zero. This Credit Union is the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. We opened a HELOC to use for a short period of time but now although we have paid it off in full, we have been unable to close it. We have signed the necessary documents to close the account twice and sent one copy by mail, and one by email to the address given by the Customer Service rep. This quote contained the required authorization to close the line of credit. This authorization is required because a feature of the type of loan the member had is the ability to reborrow money once the line is paid in full. I have been a member for Over 30 years and have just completed a refinance of a mortgage. And separately, I also had another IRA transfer process where I needed help. As usual, everyone I worked with on my two projects were so pleasant and knowledgeable. I really rely on Quorum because they are professional, reliable, provide high quality services and are not fee crazy. I highly recommend Quorum.
