Quorum "sold" my line of credit to another company but still say that they are quorum. Went from talking to nice helpful people to calling which I can only say feels like a collect company with that level of service. Keep in mind I have never been late. I've been a member for almost 40 years and would never leave!! The make all financial transactions so easy: auto loans, mortgages, bill pay, etc. Any issues I may have had, and they are few, have always been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. BTW: Brandi is great with the whole mortgage process.

Quorum is a great Credit Union. The mortgage team (Kathy and Nicole) seamlessly processed my home refinance.
