This was my first time buying a home and the people at Quorum, Nancy and Kathy, made the entire process from Pre-Approval to closing painless. Nancy, Kathy, Normand and the rest of the Quorum team were absolutely amazing! Its was treat seeing a tenured team work together with speed and efficiency. My wife and I were given prompt updates on the progress of our loan. Our lawyer and realtor even complimented them on their professionalism and quick responses. I just closed a mortgage with Quorum and I’ve never had a better experience dealing with a bank or credit union! Kathy Hernandez was the loan officer I worked with. She was most helpful in getting me through the process, and always personable and upbeat. When our closing was delayed several times (new construction), she stayed in touch with me regularly, and kept on top of everything to make sure we were ready when the time finally arrived. I’d definitely recommend Quorum and Kathy if you’re in the market for a mortgage!
