This is Insane. I opened a Checking and Savings Account with this *********************************************. I linked my *********** Checking's as an external Account. As I'm checking out all the features on the app, I notice my checking's says -$1.00 I'm thinking to myself How is this possible, I did two transfers upon opening account. This credit union is a JOKE! Was given a payoff dollar amount effective the following day. Overpaid the amount given by several hundreds of dollars to insure the account would be closed. Nope, we missed Fees and charged you the next month's payment as well. Been on hold for about an hour as they try to figure out what happened. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Quorum is great. We feel so much more secure with a federal credit union than a commercial bank. Great staff at customer service are always patient and helpful. Rates on interest bearing accounts are great too.

***** and ********** assisted my husband and I with a HELOC recently. My husband and I both work in the mortgage business, so needless to say, we are picky about the process, because we know how it should be! The process with them was flawless, the tech platform was user friendly, communication was stellar and they offer a very competitive HELOC. We highly recommend them!

I have contacted Quorum several times about an incorrect credit history report. I have provided all the proof they require to show the account was paid on time, however they have still not fixed my credit report.My overall experience with this company has been very poor. They have horrible operational processes and we constantly had to call customer service to ensure our accounts were credited correctly.This, however, has affected my credit score and the company has not corrected it.Do not do business with Quorum if you can ... read more

If I could give this company less than 1 Star in this rating system, I would. I got a HELOC through Quorum. Despite not requesting any money upfront, a deposit was made into my bank account via wire transfer for the majority of the HELOC. Over the past two weeks, I have called Customer Service 18 times trying to return the money, which I am paying interest on. I have also been charged a wire transfer fee for the original deposit.
